Onsite Management
Lynndale Apartments chooses to provide three full-time Property Managers for the
benefit of it's Residents. Each manager has been selected with careful consideration
and placed in the position that best suits their strengths. After being professionally
trained each manager is able to provide the best assistance possible for our residents-to-be.
The office is open from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm to convenience as many resident's
schedules as we can. The managers accept packages and organize a dry cleaning
service to accommodate the resident's busy schedules.
Aside from having someone in the office six days a week during all business
hours, Lynndale has a local owner. The owner runs an ethical, well-managed business
from the offices at Lynndale so he can better serve his residents.
There will always be someone to answer the phone, or meet with you or your
cosigner, and we will always try our best to accommodate your needs.
