Who owns Lynndale Apartments?
Tom Vandeyacht owns Lynndale apartments. His team of friendly and ethical staff members responsibly take care of your challenges and needs with exceptional customer service.

How many managers do you have?
We have 3 on-site managers taking care of 288 apartments. Our competitors usually have 1 manager for each 250 apartments.

What is the make-up of your maintenance crew?
Our maintenance crew is made up of 5 full-time employees. This crew completes 85% of all work orders in 2 days or less!

We also have a three person landscaping crew and several seasonal landscaping employees. This team works hard to keep everything looking fit, trim, accessible and beautiful. Their efficient snow removal work garners them compliments every year.

What is included in the rent?
We have hydronic heat hear at Lynndale. It is an awesome system of pipes in the floor that get filled with hot water in the cold months. The heat radiates through the floor into the apartment and keeps it toasty warm. There is no forced air, so the system is very healthy for you. This awesome heat is free!

After an initial one-time $35 fee for the pool and fitness center's secure key, the use of our indoor-heated pool and 24-hour fitness center is free too!

How do you promote community?
We create a Lynndale Newsletter every other month so you can keep abreast of what is going on at Lynndale.

We host events throughout the year, giving the residents an opportunity to get to know one another: skydiving, laser tag, snow tubing, parties, contests, holiday gift giveaways, and more!

Lynndale also has the unique ability to provide an awesome Neighborhood Watch Program for the residents to participate in. We have meetings every other month where we provide a guest speaker, dinner, and the Grand Chute Police Department gives us an update on area activity. The wonderful thing is that you know your neighbor is looking out for you!

What is the centralized location of Lynndale?
We are close to everything! Highway 41 is a mile away, Fox Valley Technical College is within walking distance, the Fox River Mall is two miles away, the Outagamie County Airport is a ten minute drive, downtown Appleton is a ten minute drive, grocery stores, movie theaters, and department stores are all five minutes away.

Do you allow pets?
We do indeed. Lynndale is very pet friendly. We allow cats, birds, hamsters, fish and more. We do not allow dogs of any type, snakes, or ferrets. For cats we require a $250 refundable deposit.

What do you require for security deposit?
Our security deposit is $400. The security deposit is required for you to reserve an apartment.

Do you charge an application fee?
We do not charge an application fee. Actually, applying is so simple, it only takes us five minutes to process your application. Just fill out your application and we will process it, pay your security deposit, and pick an apartment. Simple as that!.

Do you prorate rent?
We do prorate rent for the days of the month that you actually stay at Lynndale. We are happy to accommodate moving in on any day of the month.

How much does the laundry cost?
Laundry is available on the first floor of every building, and in our pool and fitness center building. Laundry is $1 to wash and $.75 to dry.

What “extra services” does Lynndale offer?
Lynndale provides dry cleaning drop off and pick up, package drop off at the office, postage stamp sales, free copy machine and fax use, pool and fitness center and more.
