We are a local, family owned and operated business. We employ friendly and ethical staff members to responsibly take care of your challenges and needs with exceptional customer service.

Will my need for maintenance be handled promptly?

Our maintenance team of 6 regular employees and several seasonal employees takes pride in completing most requests within 2 days or less of being requested.

What does Lynndale offer that some other apartment communities in the same price range don't?

Affordable living and our indoor heated pool (that is actually warm!), work out room, including cardio machines and cable weight stations, vending area, sand volleyball court, playground and grills, coupled with things like patio decorating contests with prizes, monthly free gourmet cookie days, a monthly newsletter about property and city-wide happenings all adds up to an extra-special living experience.

What's nearby that will make Lynndale a convenient place to live?

We're near the popular Fox River Regional Mall, a 16 Screen Movie Theater, Night Spots, lots of restaurants, the Bubolz Nature Preserve, Several Grocery Stores, Fox Valley Technical College, The Timber Rattlers' Baseball Stadium, Appleton International Airport and Highway 41 for quick commuting to Green Bay or Oshkosh, in addition to the other seven Fox Cities.

Do you allow pets?

Yes! We welcome up to 2 cats for an additional pet rent of $20/mo and additional security deposit of $250. Most smaller common house pets are also allowed at no extra monthly fees/deposits. Just ask.

What do you require up front for rent & security deposit?

Our security deposit is just $400, and there is a $20 application fee. No advance rent is collected when you apply. The amount of rent due when you move will be pro-rated if moving in the middle of the month.
